Ger Goes It Alone

In early 1986, following his time with Radio Annabel, Ger Roe started experimenting on Sunday mornings with a 50 watt transmitter on shortwave using the station name Shamrock Radio International.

Ger being Ger he couldn't resist updating listeners across Europe and at home with news on the local free radio scene and recordings were also played out.

The experiment lasted just a few short weeks and here's a sample from March 2nd 1986.
