The Ballymun Home Service was another Tony Boylan station – he’d earlier been responsible for The Killeen Home Service, Radio 200 and Radio Laxy, which all operated from his then home in Rathmines, south Dublin.
When he moved to the north Dublin suburb of Ballymun he launched this new station which ran on Sundays until the early ’60s.
