Radio Santa Monica was a 1960s Dublin pirate which first appeared in 1965 on 253metres and ran through to the 70s.
Using a half-wave dipole aerial it managed a power of 80 watts but was a very irregular broadcaster, appearing just a few times a year on Sundays from 2-3pm.
It was operated by Mike Walker and Mick Wright was a presenter with the station which played contemporary hit music.
