RADIO 257

Radio 257 was a new station formed by all the staff of ARD at the start of 1980. ARD had closed at the end of 1979. Everyone, bar the station owner, was involved in the new venture, which never achieved the same heights as its predecessor.

It had relocated to the Crofton Airport Hotel, and later to Frederick St in Dublin city.
