STATION BIO

Heat FM was a very short-lived Cork dance music station. It was a rebrand of BPM, which itself was only on air days when it moved from 107.4MHz to 93.1MHz and changed name to Heat FM. Heat FM closed after just a couple of days on air early in 2004.

The station reappeared as Galaxy FM on 107.4MHz in the summer of 2004.
