A new radio station has appeared in the Donegal area. Groove FM is on air with a blank carrier since late this evening using 150w of power on 106.0MHz. Test transmissions are expected to commence tomorrow afternoon.
Groove 106’s music output will consist of mainly R ‘n’ B & HipHop, along with select chart music. Live programming is planned on a daily basis.

Groove 106FM is back on air in Donegal. The station’s transmitter was switched on from a new site last night at 11pm. The signal is presently covering a 10 miles radius, and the output is automated R’n’B and Hip Hop. Live programming will commence in the near future.
