EXCHANGE FM

Exchange FM will make its debut on Saturday 1st March 2003 in 102.3MHz. It is operating under a special temporary licence aimed at non-nationals in the Carlow area. The station will broadcast for one week between the hours of 6pm and 8pm every evening for a week.
