Eastside

Eastside was a Dublin station based in Monkstown which launched in July 1978 on 225metres. It lasted just a few weeks before being forced to close due to TV interference.
It relocated to Santry under a new name of North Dublin Radio broadcasting 199metres / 1525kHz.
In March 1979 it changed name again, this time to Radio Caroline Dublin. After experimenting with different frequencies, by October 1979 it had settled on 220m / 1358kHz.
