Capital 105 was run by Brian Johnson from a studio in Blackrock. It broadcast on 105.5MHz FM. The station was previously known as Rock 103 but when the licensed Capital 104 rebranded as Rock 104 in mid 1991, the name was changed to Capital 105 out of mischief. Signal 1224 was a ‘sister’ station running on medium wave.
