Belfield FM is a college radio station broadcasting, recently on 97.3MHz, from UCD in Dublin.

The signal is broadcast from an antenna at the highest point in UCD. As a result, the station gets excellent coverage in most areas of the city.

The station usually appears for a week twice a year.

Belfield FM’s aims are to provide students with an interest in broadcasting to get involved and learn valuable experience. .

Belfield FM is run on all levels by the students themselves. Its long term goal is to obtain an institutional licence and operate throughout the academic year.
