Longford pirate station
Midland Radio
Midland Radio first appeared in October 1984 and ran until February 26th, 1985. It was operated by local man Thomas McNally and broadcast from a converted shed at the rear of a house in Teffia Park, Longford.
Original frequencies were 97.5MHz and 1404kHz.
Midland Radio was the forerunner of Independent Radio Longford.
