Dessie Ellis Radio
Dessie Ellis Radio was a Republican pirate station on air in Dublin in late 1990 during heightened political tensions surrounding the IRA man. Broadcasting daily on 88FM at a time when Ellis was on hunger strike, information on the campaign opposing his extradition to the UK ran between 6.30pm and 7.30pm.
